Pull a ticket and get a number. One hidden number in every hundred wins, and whoever holds it has seven days to write a short note for the shared noticeboard - one note at a time, read by a person before it goes up. The winning number for each group of a hundred is committed as a hash before the first ticket is handed out and revealed once the group is used up, so the draw can be checked afterwards. No accounts - the ticket lives in a cookie. Built on Cloudflare Workers and D1.
